Return Policies

Please read carefully. There are different policies for different products.

Keep your order numbers and receipts for proof of purchase.

Digital downloads:

Due to the nature of the product there are no refunds on downloads unless a file is defective. You can re-download your file up to 3 times per purchase.

CDs and DVDs:

If the product is defective, we will send you a replacement. Please use the Contact Form to give us the details and we’ll be happy to help you.

Mugs, T-shirts, Fine Art Prints and other items are all “Print on Demand” (custom) products. They are created by Printful or Fine Art America (which includes items from Pixels). Please read their return policies below.

Printful Return Policy:

Because these are custom items, Printful only gives refunds on defective merchandise, or if they made an error in sending the wrong item, or an item was incorrectly labelled.

“Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.”

If you have a problem with an item created by Printful please use the Contact Form to let us know asap. Printful requires a photograph of the defective merchandise. If there is any other issue, i.e., didn’t receive delivery, or they shipped the wrong size, please contact us and we will handle it with Printful.

Fine Art America Return Policy:

Fine Art America has a “30-day satisfaction guarantee” refund policy.

“Our return policy is very simple:

“If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on FineArtAmerica.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - Fine Art America does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.”

Shipping Policies

TheRealNealFox Shipping Policy

Providing it’s not a holiday or weekend, we normally ship CD/DVD packages the next day. Most packages go via first class mail or priority mail so that should be about 2-3 days. For now we are only using USPS and it’s for shipping within the United States.

Shipping from other companies

Mugs, t-shirts, posters and fine art prints ship from either Printful or FineArtAmerica  (which includes items from Pixels). These items are all custom made (print on demand) products that require time to produce. Here is what they say about their delivery times.

FineArtAmerica:

“All products require 2 - 3 business days to print and manufacture before shipping. Products will ship from the manufacturing facility located nearest to your destination address.

“Gift cards are delivered instantly via e-mail.

“Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at Fine Art America is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.”

Printful Shipping Policy

Here are our estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5­-8 business days

Canada: 6­-12 business days

World: 10­-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
